The Conference Board Moved July After We Scored It. 99.5 Became 99.6.

Our 18 September read had July's leading index at 99.5.

The August release has it at 99.6 — and without that tenth, August's −0.1% does not arrive at 99.5. The revision is load-bearing, the publisher's topic page never mentions it, and today's activity index has two consensus figures and a prior that revises.
